The project
Ariete is Chef Michael Beltran's Michelin-starred restaurant in Coconut Grove. The cooking is Cuban-American in soul, built on local ingredients and classic French technique.
We built a minimal, image-led site that reads like a story. Pages slide sideways as you scroll, moving through film, photography and short chapters. The food and the room do the talking. Everything a guest needs is one tap away.

Dine at Ariete
The à la carte menu and the "Versos Sencillos" tasting menu both run daily, plus Miami Spice in season. The full menu opens in a panel over the page, so guests never lose their place. The menu lives on the page as real text, not a PDF, and each dish carries its own dietary tags.
Mobile-first
On a phone the chapters still glide past one panel at a time. Guests can read the story, open the menu and find hours and contact details in a few swipes.

Plan a visit
The contact chapter keeps the practical details together. Hours and last seating for each night, the Main Highway address with directions, and clear routes for private events, press and job applications.

Chapter 2: The Duck
Ariete's iconic Duck Press gets a chapter of its own. On the menu it appears as Canard à la Presse, a 14-day dry-aged duck served as a large-format dish. The site gives it the space it deserves.
Image-led
Ariete's own photography carries the site. Clean white space keeps every image in focus.
