The project
11Hauz is Utah's first and only Jamaican restaurant. It sits in Newpark Town Center at Kimball Junction in Park City, a short drive from Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Heber and Midway. Chef Sheron Grant runs the kitchen with her daughters and granddaughters, cooking the recipes her grandmother Florence made in Mount Salem, Jamaica.
We designed and built a website that sounds like the family talking. Skiers looking for dinner find the menus, a reservation link and online ordering in a tap or two. Locals find the game nights, catering packages, gift cards and house sauces.

The menus
The menus keep the kitchen's voice. Appetizers are "Finga tings", salads are "Green tings" and the entrées sit under "Full yuh belly". Every dish is made to order, and vegan and gluten-free plates carry a small tag so guests can scan for them quickly.
Dinner, lunch, drinks and family meals share one set of tabs. Lunch runs Monday to Saturday until 3:30 PM. The drink menu explains that everything is made in house, from ginger beer brewed with real ginger root to hibiscus sorrel and rum punch.
Mobile-first
Plenty of 11Hauz guests are visitors on a phone. The header keeps an Order Online button in view as you scroll, menu pages carry Order Online and Reserve a Table buttons up top, and the phone numbers for the restaurant and the catering line are tap-to-call.

Catering and events
The catering page lays out three packages, Classic, Signature and Premium, where guests choose one dish from each course, plus add-ons from rasta pasta to Cornish hen. The inquiry form asks for the date, time and guest count, and the dedicated catering number sits right beside it.
The events page keeps a record of past nights: game nights with dominoes, Loodi and Spades, reggae nights with DJ SpinDoc, and a pop-up at Eggs in the City in Millcreek. New dates go to the email list and Instagram first, so the page points visitors to the sign-up.

The family
The story page starts with Florence Harding, who raised eleven children and cooked seven days a week. Chef Sheron learned at her side from the age of seven, carried the recipes from Montego Bay to Brooklyn, and now cooks them in Park City. The family's promise runs across the home page: "We will never feed you what we cannot eat ourselves."
Guest reviews sit on the home page, and the location page gives plain directions: off I-80 at Exit 145, on the ground level of Newpark Town Center, with free parking.
The food
The site is built around 11Hauz's own food photography, shot against the same greens and yellows you see in the dining room.
