Mobile-first design and build
The project
Allegra sits on the 12th floor of The REMI Hotel in Old Town Scottsdale. It's a Moroccan-inspired pool and bar with cabanas, daybeds and views out over the desert. The doors open at 10 AM every day and stay open until 2 AM Thursday through Saturday.
That gives Allegra two crowds: guests booking a cabana for a pool day, and groups planning a night with a table and bottle service. We designed and built a site that sells both, and sends each guest to the right booking in a tap.
The menus
Allegra's menu book opens right on the page, with no file to download. Cocktails like the Sunkissed Siren, Desert Mirage and Pool Boy come first, followed by champagne and beer. The kitchen is open from 10 AM to 6 PM every day.
The page loads the menu book file directly, so when the bar changes a drink, the team swaps one file and the website matches what is served on the roof.
Mobile-first
Pool days and nights out get planned on a phone, so every page was designed for the phone first. VIP Reservations sits at the top of the menu, the Book Now buttons open the booking window without leaving the page, and the hours, address and tap-to-call number are in the footer of every page.
VIP and private events
The VIP page explains what a daytime cabana and a nighttime table include, from VIP entry to bottle service and a personal server, then opens the Mr. Black booking window so guests can pick a date and reserve. Bachelor and bachelorette groups get their own page with the same booking button.
Private events cover everything from a birthday by the pool to a full rooftop buyout. The page walks planners through the spaces and the food and drink options, and the inquiry form goes straight into Tripleseat for the events team.
Day to night
The Sky Pool Social Club runs Friday through Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and its page carries a live event calendar so guests can book a pool party or a night out from the same place. Seasonal events like Halloween get their own pages, with day and night passes and a REMI overnight package.
The site also handles the details that come up at the door. A dress code panel explains The REMI's evening standards, including no swim attire after 6 PM.
The rooftop
The site is built around Allegra's own photography of the pool deck, the lounge and the drinks, warm and bright like an afternoon on the roof.
