The project
JustLIFT runs group strength classes in Coral Springs, Boca Raton and Plantation. There's no HIIT and no cardio circuit. Members lift for the full hour at their own level, at a slow and controlled pace, with a certified coach running the room.
We designed and built a website that explains that difference quickly and turns visitors into first-class bookings. Each studio has its own phone number, address and location page, and the Free Trial and Book a Session buttons always ask which studio first. On desktop, a bar across the top of every page lists all three studio phone numbers.

The approach
The name carries the whole idea, so the About Us page is built around it. Four blue cards break the philosophy into LIFT Weights, LIFT Confidence, LIFT Spirit and LIFT Others, each paired with a photo from a real class.
Below them, an "Is Just LIFT Right for You?" section speaks to four kinds of visitors: complete beginners, people coming back after time off, current lifters who want more structure, and anyone adding strength work to an existing routine.
Mobile-first
Most people look for a gym on their phone, so the phone layout came first. A Call Us and Free Class bar stays pinned to the bottom of the screen, and both ask which studio before they dial or open the sign-up. The menu folds into one button, and the hero video, class photos and LIFT cards stack into a single scroll.

The community
The gallery page is filled with photos from actual sessions: barbell rows, cable work, dumbbell presses and the people doing them. Member reviews sit on the home page and on their own testimonials page.
Every page leads to the same next step, a free trial session. The offer is for full-time local residents, so the site says so up front and points out-of-area visitors to a single session or a package instead.

The coaching
JustLIFT's coaches teach members how and why to lift, not only how many reps to do. The site says that plainly, and the photography shows it: a coach adjusting a member's form, people working at their own weight, smiles between sets.
Each day's session trains specific body parts and includes a short MINDSET message, a bit of personal development meant to carry members through the rest of the day. Member reviews back it up, from people just starting to lift to a member over 40 getting back into it.
The photography
The site uses JustLIFT's own class photography, so visitors see the equipment, the room and the members before they ever walk in. It's the same room, the same coaches and the same equipment a new member will find on their first visit.
