The project

Valet stands, garages and front desks across Miami.

Southpark Management Parking Solutions, the trade name of Paradise Parking Systems LLC, has run parking operations since 1981 from its office on North Bayshore Drive in Miami. Its teams park cars at hotels and restaurants, manage public and private garages, and staff front desks and concierge counters in residential buildings.

The audience is property owners and managers, not drivers, so we built a site that reads like a capabilities brochure: one page per industry, a contact form on every page, and a dark, nighttime Miami look that fits the luxury valet side of the business.

The services

One page for every kind of property.

The Services menu opens to ten pages: office buildings, retail and mixed use, government and municipal, residential buildings, healthcare, events, hospitality, front desk and concierge, luxury valet and parking management.

Each page is written for the person who signs the contract. The hospitality page lists every role Southpark can staff, from valet attendants and ramp managers to shuttle drivers, cashiers and garage cleaning crews. The government page covers meters, pay stations, cash collection and enforcement.

Mobile-first

Built for the person standing in the garage.

Property managers check vendors on their phones, and monthly parkers want their account fast. The mobile menu keeps every service a tap or two away, and Monthly Parkers links straight to Southpark's ParkIt portal, where drivers sign up for spaces at ten garages, including Jungle Island, Hyde Midtown and 1212 Lincoln.

Careers

A valet application that screens before the interview.

A valet company is always hiring, so the careers page does more than collect a resume. The Valet Attendant Application asks about customer service experience, how candidates greet guests and residents, what they would do if a car got scratched on a busy shift, and whether they can drive a manual transmission.

The page lists the pre-employment screening up front, so applicants know what to expect before they hit submit. Candidates also mark their availability day by day and say whether they want full-time or part-time work.

The look

Miami after dark.

Valet work runs late, and the site leans into it. The home page opens on a night drive through the city, and the inner page banners use the downtown skyline and lit-up highway interchanges.

Southpark's blues sit over near-black backgrounds, with a bright blue band for the "Ready to Experience the Southpark Difference?" contact form at the bottom of the home and service pages.

The industries

From hotel driveways to hospital entrances.

Each industry page carries its own image, so a hotel manager, an office landlord and a hospital administrator each see their kind of property first. The event services page, for example, covers everything from a one-day conference for 500 to a weekend music festival.
