The project
Cottontail Lounge sits inside W Scottsdale on Camelback Road in Old Town Scottsdale. During the day the crowd is out on the WET Deck pool with cabanas, daybeds and DJs. After sunset the party moves into Cottontail for craft cocktails, live DJs and VIP tables.
We designed and built a website that sells both halves of that day. Every page leads to the same thing: picking a date and booking a table, a daybed or a cabana, or calling and texting the VIP team.

Groups and celebrations
Groups book VIP for a reason: a birthday, a bachelorette weekend, a trip with friends. The bachelor and bachelorette page walks a group through cabanas and daybeds, champagne towers and décor, then lays out booking in four steps, from picking a date to paying the deposit.
The VIP page covers the busy dates too, like the Waste Management Phoenix Open after-parties, and between them the two pages answer the questions the hosts hear most, from the dress code to how far ahead to book.
Mobile-first
Every page was designed for the phone first. A Book a Table button stays in the header, and the call and text buttons open the phone's dialer or messages with the request already typed in, so a group can reserve without leaving their daybed.

VIP and booking
Tablelist event carousels run on the home, pool events, VIP and bachelor pages, split into pool parties at WET Deck and nightlife at Cottontail. Guests pick a date and choose a cabana, a daybed, a table or general admission without leaving the site.
The pool events FAQ lists every package with its group size, from a WET Deck table for up to eight to a premium cabana for up to twenty. It also answers the question out-of-town guests always ask: you don't need to stay at the W to join.

Day to night
The home page tells the day in two parts: pool parties with cabanas, daybeds and DJ sets, then the lounge with craft cocktails and bottle service until 2 AM on weekends. Hours and the address sit at the bottom of every page.
Event pages carry the big nights, like the Halloween party. The resident act, Sexy Roman, gets his own spot on the home page, and the careers page takes applications for nine roles, from bottle servers to floor managers.
The scene
The site is built around Cottontail's own photos of the pool, the lounge and the crowd, set on the brand's deep green with cactus-green buttons.
